Parking Reservation

No, but it guarantees you a space available when you arrive at the P6 100% Web car park.
Please note that payment refusals depend on your banking establishment and not on Montpellier Méditerranée Airport. We invite you to renew your order after contacting your bank or by using another payment method.
We invite you to check your spam or log into your MPL account. You can reprint or download your reservation form at any time from the "My orders" tab, then "View my order" and "Download my reservation form". If you still can't find your booking form, please contact us by email at contact[at]montpellier.aeroport.fr.
You can cancel your reservation yourself free of charge up to 3 hours before the start of your parking period, directly from your MPL account, tab "My orders", then "View my order" and "Cancel my reservation". Your bank account will be automatically re-credited once the cancellation has been confirmed from your MPL account.
For reasons of availability and parking space management, it is not possible to modify a reservation. However, you can cancel your reservation yourself free of charge up to 3 hours before the start of your parking period, then make a new reservation, directly from your MPL account, tab "My orders", then "View my order" and "Cancel my reservation". Your bank account will be automatically re-credited once the cancellation has been confirmed from your MPL account.
To enter the P6-100% Web car park:
- Enter the access code that you received by email on the digital keypad located on the P6-100% Web entrance terminal. Once your code is validated the terminal will automatically issue your ticket. Keep this ticket in a safe place, you’ll need it to exit the car park.
- If you need help, use the interphone and press the “i” button. Assistance is available from 5.30 am to 11 pm (or until the last scheduled flight).
- Make sure you leave enough time to park your vehicle and walk to the airport terminal, (estimated walking time 5 minutes) respecting the arrival and check in times for your flight.
You can take advantage of your reservation up to 6 hours before your scheduled arrival time and up to 6 hours after your scheduled departure time. If you plan to come earlier or leave later, consider cancelling your reservation, then making a new reservation directly from your MPL account.
It is not possible to extend a parking reservation that has already started. All you have to do is pay the supplement corresponding to your extra time directly at the exit terminal (7€/24h from the end of the booking period).
For any parking refund request, you just have to fill in the « Parking Refund » form.
FDI Lounge & Fast Track Reservation
Access is offered to eligible customers based on the loyalty programmes or fare class of the partner companies. For more information, visit the FDI Lounge & Fast Track page in our Shops & Services section.
For all other passengers, access to these services is subject to a charge (€18 for over-12s, €9 from 2 to 12 years, free access for children aged 0-2), and is available for booking directly from the FDI Lounge & Fast Track page in our Shops & Services section.
FDI Lounge is open every day :
- From Monday to Friday and Sunday from 4:45 AM to 09:00 PM.
- Saturday until 05:30 PM.

To pass through Premium Queue Jump:
- Scan this barcode, then your boarding pass on the reader located at the Premium Queue Jump gate in the Departure Hall.
- If you require assistance, please contact an agent at the Premium Queue Jump for help.
To enter the Salon FDI:
- Present this barcode and your boarding pass to the hostess as you enter the salon.
Flight, Hotel, Rental car Reservation

Parking
Yes, car parks without reservation are available. However, booking your parking space online allows you to benefit from the best rates. To find out more, go to the rates & booking page in our parking section.
A free minute drop-off is available at Montpellier Airport. The driver must remain in the vehicle.
The airport's car parks are less than 5 minutes’ walk from the terminal. For more information, go to the Rates and Booking page in our Parking section.
50 m from the Departures Hall, Car Hotel is a secure 24-hour car park that allows you to quickly access the terminal building, and benefit from valet parking and indoor/outdoor cleaning.

For all other car parks managed by the airport, since the fees charged are only parking fees, the airport declines all responsibility in the event of damage, accident or theft.

The width and height of the entrances/exits is 2.50 m in all airport parking lots.
Vehicles exceeding these dimensions may not park in the airport car parks.
Yes, all the airport car parks are accessible to two wheeled vehicles, at the same rates as cars.
Payment for parking can be made directly at the car park exit point (by CB only), at the automatic checkout (cash or CB payment) or at the Parcs Autos reception desk (payment by cheque, cash or CB).

Access
An Airport Shuttle (line 120) managed by Hérault Transport and the TaM bus and tram network, provide easy access to Montpellier Airport by public transport from all over the Montpellier metropolitan area. For more information, visit the Public Transport page in our Access section.
Located 10 minutes from Montpellier's city centre and beaches, at the gateway to the motorway network, Montpellier Airport is easily accessible by car. A route search service is available to guide you through your journey. To park at the airport, more than 3,000 parking spaces are available with or without reservation. And to leave the airport, a car rental service is also at your disposal.
A taxi service is at your disposal at the airport, with or without reservation, serving daily flights to/from Montpellier Airport, from the first to the last flight.
The Airport Shuttle managed by Hérault Transport provides a daily connection between Montpellier Airport and Place de l'Europe in Montpellier (including Sundays and public holidays). Timetables are available on the Public Transport page of our Access section.
Flight
Depending on your airline, you can check in online directly on the airline website or at the check-in counter in the terminal building (Departure Hall) on the day of your departure. If you have checked in in advance and do not have checked baggage in the hold, you can go directly to the boarding gate within the Boarding Deadline.

Luggage

If you fly with the same airline and on the same reservation, your checked baggage will be automatically transferred to your second flight. You will then only have to check it in at Montpellier Airport.
In case of flights with two different airlines or via two different bookings, check with each airline.

Lost or forgotten items
For any lost or forgotten item at the airport, we invite you to contact the Information desk directly at +33 (0) 825 830 003 (0,12€ Incl. VAT/minute) and specify:
- The date,
- The exact location (if you know it),
- The type of lost object.
For any item lost on board an aircraft, we invite you to contact your airline directly.
All items confiscated during security checks are systematically destroyed without the possibility of compensation.
Documents
To travel within the EU and Switzerland, a valid identity card is required. Namely: in France, since 1 January 2014, the validity of the identity card has been increased from 10 to 15 years (issued between 1 January 2004 and 31 December 2013).
For all travel outside the EU and Switzerland, a valid passport is required to travel.

The Hall 1 is open every day from 4:30 am to 11 pm, whereas the Hall 2 is open 2h30 before the flight departure.
Yes, a free Wi-Fi connection is available in the airport for a period of 30 minutes, renewable. All you have to do is connect to the "WIFI-by-MPL-AIRPORT" network.
