General Conditions of Room Hire

Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the initial value.
Reservations cancelled the same day will be charged at 100%.

Hiring includes parking facilities in the P4 car park, limited to the time of hiring, room capacity and the number of vehicles needing parking.

Methods of payment:

Cash settlements:
- By check, bank card, payment card or cash payments at the General Aviation Reception desk at the Business Centre.
Deferred payment:
- By bank or postal check in Euros made out to "SA Aéroport de Montpellier Méditerranée" and sent to "Service Administratif et Financier CS 10001 34 137 MAUGUIO CEDEX".
- By bank transfer or postal order made out to "SA Aéroport de Montpellier Méditerranée" (BNP MONTPELLIER – IBAN : FR76 3000 4025 5800 0102 8383 717 - BIC : BNPAFRPPMED).
